The start point:
I worked with an incredible VIP client, she had worked hard in an expert area to be rapidly promoted.
She was young, she felt she was inexperienced and not taken seriously by the senior team at times. The reality was she was a trusted pair of hands seens as hugely capable.Her biggest block herself, she was holding herself back.
She felt really stuck, she was frustrated and knew she had so much more potential. She felt like an imposter, she constantly judged herself and never felt good enough.
đź’”Too scared to speak up in senior meetings, she didn’t trust herself and doubted her own expertise despite glowing reviews.

And now! She’s shed the layers of self doubt, self criticism and the overwhelm and overthinking has been replaced.
The results have been transformative! All during the pressure and ever changing lockdown, she’s led her business’s response.
🔥Promoted twice in 6 months, she owns her new Director role and has the ear of the CEO.
🔥inspiring her team, as a confident and articulate leader of an expanded team and speaking courageously in board meetings.
🔥Owns her diary, she works hard but has firm boundaries and switches off at home guilt free knowing she’s shown up as herself that day.
🔥 About to return to work after having her first baby, after always thinking it would be one day now it’s today!
The truth is she always had the talent and expertise, she just didn’t own it. Now she has CLARITY on who she is, CONFIDENCE in what she wants to lead as herself.
