
The Start Point:
From the first time I spoke to this incredible woman I knew we’d refind who she was and her fire and passion! It broke my heart to hear where she was when we first started working together.
Leigh was an all in superwoman.
By day flying around Europe to manage redundancies that left her exhausted and disillusioned.
She loved the development and training part of her role, but with the business pressure she was constantly firefighting and never getting to do what she loved.
Instead she was feeling the pressure, the low energy of constantly being the one to deliver restructures.
By night, mum and wife who felt like she was failing at home, not being the mum or partner she wanted to be, her energy dictated the mood in the house.
She was exhausted by the time she got home and distracted at what tomorrow would bring, and how she would face it.
The Journey:
Leigh was at a crossroads when we started working together. She already had a great career but was not doing what she loved. And her energy was so depleted that she saw no way out of it. She felt stuck.
She wanted her energy back, to loosen the shackles of work and find that contentment in herself and shape her future vision. She described it as getting her Ready Brek glow back .. do you remember the advert?
We got to work, starting with making her day to day feel good again. So setting some clear boundaries, helping her connect to her emotions and ground herself as an empath. Setting super simple intentions for herself each week that she could stick to. And honouring family time, with NO distractions.
Then we focused on creating a heart led self identity, including finding and falling in love with her values to know what was important to her.
Then working on deep rooted beliefs, especially about not being enough to reset them to see her own value and worth.
The Results:
🔥Treating herself more to things she LOVED, and managing ebbs and flows in her diary to feel good and support herself.
🔥 Making time for passions just for her that she LOVED and making them non negotiables … including playing netball, music and walking.
🔥Creating and honouring time with her family, distraction free and having clear boundaries with work finishing and family time.
🔥Making time to exercise more, and making better food decisions to look after her body and enjoy being in her own skin.
🔥Sharing more of how she was feeling, supporting herself as an empath and knowing how to recognise what she needed when she needed it.
🔥Becoming a double dog mum, something she’d always wanted but never committed to .. and making it work with work.
🔥Speaking up more at work bravely and boldly and saying no to what she really didn’t want to do to NOT settle for second best.
🔥Starting to create a clear vision of what was next for her, channeling her drive and ambition to make work feel less pressured.
